House Rules: *Please note that we will ask for a check in form to be completed and a copy of your ID.* HOME TRUTHS *This is a self-check in property as this is a keyless apartment. *Check in details will be sent to you a day before arrival. *There is no lift, however, this apartment is only located on the second floor. *Cleaning services once a week within the advertised price. A welcome pack of bed linen, towels, toiletries and supplies are provided at check in and on a weekly basis for those staying longer than 7 nights. If you wish regularly cleans or supplies please contact us to check prices. *This apartment has a centrally managed heating system. *This apartment doesn't have an air-condition unit, but we can provide fans during summer period if necessary. *Maximum occupancy is 4 people. *We have strict guidelines to keep our properties safe and clean for you. Frankie’s No-Nos It’s a pleasure to have you stay, and while we’re live, laugh, love about most things, all guests are asked to follow Frankie’s no-nos: • No Smoking - smoking indoors is not allowed anywhere in the apartment for Health and Safety. Please smoke outside of the apartment and dispose of any cigarettes carefully. • No Parties – we know you’re here to have a good time but let’s be clear, strictly no parties allowed. • No Pets – we love fur babies but sorry, no pets allowed, not even small ones. Check-in, Check-out, Shake it all about Check-in: Rock up anytime from 3pm onwards Check-out: 10am (Frankie Says…set your alarm! Accidentally dozing off and checking out later means you may be charged an extra night.)

Take a meander around the historic piazza and market and visit any of its amazing shops (it’s got all the big brands, don’t you know?) It’s also a fabulous place for partygoers. Whether you fancy sipping on signature cocktails or partying ‘til dawn to a live DJ set, there’s something for everyone. Plus, who doesn’t love dinner and a show? Covent Garden boasts over 20 top London theatres, as well as the Royal Ballet and the Royal Opera. Fancy! For eating out, Covent Garden is literally your oyster. Yes, we know you have your own chic Frankie Says kitchen for rustling up meals but there’s a myriad of cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. You’ll find something to satiate every craving, from yummy street food – check out Seven Dials Market - to fine dining Michelin star restaurants, take your pick. Sightsee and Shop ‘til you drop Covent Garden has a wealth of transport links to travel around and see the rest of London. You’re within walking distance of vibrant Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus. Or hop on the nearest tube to take in popular sights, such as Buckingham Palace. A few minutes from the River Thames, you can also cross one of London’s many bridges to the South Bank. Marvel at landmarks like Big Ben or the London Dungeon or see the whole glorious shebang from the London Eye. And when you’re done, saunter back to the comfort of your Frankie Says play pad. Happy days.

Getting around Covent Garden? Lightwork! Start by hopping on the Piccadilly line at Covent Garden Station (it’s practically a stone’s throw from the market). If you're feeling fancy, stroll through the Royal Opera House – you never know, you might spot a diva or two. Fancy a peek at history? Visit Neal’s Yard, where the colorful buildings will make you feel like you’ve stepped into a rainbow. Don’t forget to watch street performers—because who doesn’t love a good juggling act?
